MY APPROACH

To begin the process, we conduct an agile progress scan to assess your organization's level of agility. This scan, which is utilized by over 200 departments in 13 countries, provides valuable insight into your organization's agile maturity. From there, we can tailor targeted interventions to your organization's specific needs, including:

  • Improved execution of plans and strategies through agile methodologies like QBR, OKRs, and Obeya.

  • Rapidly identifying and resolving obstacles to achieve earlier project completion (fast impediment resolution).

  • Coaching leadership roles on effective and inspirational management of agile organizations, including agile mindset and behavior (agile leadership coaching).

  • If necessary, redesigning your organization to enhance collaboration and accelerate results (organizational (re-)design). 

MY EXPERTISE

I have 10 years of experience in making agile work organization-wide and easily switch from what is strategically needed at the organization level to specific implications for the teams involved. I have also coached numerous executive teams in improving agility within their domain and developing their agile leadership. I have various agile certifications and experience with all major agile scaling frameworks (Spotify, SAFe, LeSS, etc.). However, I believe that a pragmatic and method-agnostic approach is key, as every organization has unique needs and objectives that require customized solutions, rather than a one-size-fits-all framework. I place great importance on building trust and co-creating solutions with my clients. My objective is to help organizations transform valuable insights into actionable steps that foster achievement and sustainable results.
